Second Chance Families Project is seeking passionate, community-driven leaders to join our Board of Directors.
We’re a growing nonprofit dedicated to supporting families at risk of separation due to homelessness, addiction, or incarceration — giving them the tools and hope to reunify and rebuild.
As a Board Member, you’ll play a vital role in guiding our mission, shaping our strategy, and ensuring that every family gets the second chance they deserve.
We’re Looking For:
Professionals with experience in nonprofit leadership, finance, fundraising, law, marketing, or social services
Individuals with a strong commitment to equity, recovery, and family empowerment
Community members ready to donate time, expertise, and advocacy to strengthen our impact
Your Role:
Attend quarterly board meetings (in person or virtual)
Help set strategic goals and ensure responsible governance
Support fundraising and community engagement initiatives
Serve as an ambassador for our mission in your network
