CASA is looking for donations for meals for our upcoming training classes. To support our volunteers through weekly evening training classes, we rely on the generous donations from local restaurants and donors to provide meals.
CASA of Central Virginia holds three training classes per year, where we train volunteers to be advocates for abused and neglected children in our community. By being there for them through their journey within the foster care system.
There are several ways that you can help:
- Purchase a gift card for a local restaurant that could either cover the cost of meals for one night of class, or go towards the cost.
- Donate directly on our website at www.cvcasa.org/donate and notate that it is for training class meals.
- Make a meal to serve or deliver—if you are a part of a church group or ministry that would like to serve in this way
- Call your friends that are restaurant owners or caterers and share our message!
