The mission of Jefferson's Poplar Forest is to preserve, inspire and tell the emerging story of Poplar Forest. We envision a restored Poplar Forest that ignites curiosity, understanding, and engagement. Poplar Forest is open to the public seven days a week December 1 through February 28 from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. and March 1-November 30 from 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. We are closed Easter Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and the first two weeks of January.
