What We Do
Our Hearts Are Home is a faith-based non-profit organization whose purpose is to minister to grieving families, provide encouragement to those who are suffering and educate and equip individuals to reach out to those in need. To accomplish this goal, we offer online and in-person opportunities for bereaved parents and grandparents to find comfort, community, and hope through attending book studies, support groups, GriefShare groups, Gatherings, etc. We also offer a podcast, blog, printed resources, and have published two books.
