What We Do
MAKING A DIFFERENCE. The Neighborhood Outreach Connection (NOC) is dedicated to fighting poverty by improving the quality of life of people living in lower income neighborhoods. We go into underserved neighborhoods to offer help with education, workforce development and health services. We empower people by bringing services and resources to the people where they live. We create opportunities through a neighborhood Learning Center. We improve quality of life through health services provided inside the neighborhood.
