What We Do

Endstation Theatre Company is a professional theatre company located in Lynchburg, committed to producing new works, reinterpretations of classical plays, and other works chosen specifically for the Central Virginia community based on the historical, current, and cultural events of the area. Endstation has an education arm that includes EMBARK!, a two-week youth theatre conservatory, and our pre-professional Apprenticeship Program. Both of these vital programs develop the “whole person” through equal parts professional training and development of life skills. Finally, our Community Centered New Works Program, which include our Playwright’s Initiative and newly formed Youth Playwriting Lab, helps Endstation nurture new playwrights while developing and producing original works that directly address the history, people, and cultural interests of the greater Lynchburg community.
