What We Do
The Alpha Action Educational & Charitable Foundation provides college scholarships annually to young African American men in Lynchburg and the surrounding counties who exemplify outstanding academic achievement in addition to having a financial need. The Foundation also seeks to financially support several nonprofit institutions that have shown to have a need in their efforts to benefit communities and individuals. The needs of the Foundation for the upcoming year is to raise funds for the annual scholarships and contribution to the endowment fund.
