Central Virginia Land Conservancy

Celebrating 22 years of saving land, the 2025 Cornerstone Celebration will be held at the Elston Inn & Conference Center at Sweet Briar College in Amherst County. Featuring live music, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and an e-bike raffle, the event celebrates both the landowners who have chosen to preserve their land forever and the volunteers and supporters who have made it possible. This year's Cornerstone Award recipient is Creigh Deeds, senator for Virginia's 11th district. The Central Virginia Land Conservancy looks forward to welcoming you to an evening of fun, music, and celebrating the preservation of Central Virginia’s natural heritage.
