Level III volunteers must complete 24 hours of training provided by the Volunteer Coordinator as well as 8 hours of mentoring. Level III volunteers also must attend at least 2 of the 4 In-Service trainings offered annually. Pleaes note that times for this opportunity will vary, but the program requires us to put a date and time in the system. Victim Services Volunteer Recruitment: Aid the Victim Services Community Outreach Manager in distributing information concerning DVPP/SARP programs and volunteer opportunities recruitment at churches, higher learning institutions, clubs, and other organizations in Lynchburg and surrounding areas; travel with the Manager to speak at recruitment events.
