Volunteer Opportunity:
Volunteers for KidWind on March 24th at SciFest

This opportunity has passed.

We are looking for volunteers to assist with:

Set up stations and take down stations

Guiding teams to their stations during the competition ( volunteers high school  STEM students grades 11 &12)

Competition Judges in training - work alongside JMU KidWind judges at the various stations depending on volunteers' skills

    Station One -  Teams Present their Wind Turbine Project based on challenge criteria (teachers, retired professionals, college STEM       students, engineers.

    Station Two -   Testing Stations for the Wind Turbines (electrical and mechanical engineering background required)

    Station Three - Snacks and refreshments and  greeters  

Note: Parents of team members are not permitted to assist with Stations one and two.
