Meals on Wheels of Greater Lynchburg

Your civic organization, church group, school group, family, or group of friends can brighten a homebound neighbor's day with a birthday box. Birthday boxes are shoebox sized boxes filled with non-food goods such as games, pens, notebooks, crossword puzzles, lotions, toiletries, tissues, stuffed animals, scarves, or any other activity or items you can think of.

Every Meals on Wheels recipient receives a birthday box. Often times, our birthday boxes are the only birthday remembrance they might receive. You can deliver your boxes to our office, or we can pick them up from you.
