Volunteer opportunities on race - Thanksgiving morning! Helping keep our participants safe on the race course, managing the water and food distribution, bag drop, and awards. It's a fun and uplifting way to start the holiday! Come join the fun!

Course Facilitator 7:15 AM 10:30 AM

• Working in conjunction with Zone Leader to help maintain assigned course zone. Cheering runners on, providing direction to runners as needed, moving barricades/cones and other course/zone duties as assigned. 

Start/Finish Line 7:00 AM 10:30 AM

• Assist Start/Finish Coordinator with duties associated with the start/finish of the race, including moving cones/fencing/barricades, handing out finisher medals, ushering and guiding race participants as needed, cheering on runners, other duties as assigned associated with Start/Finish area.  
• *The 6:30 AM time slot needs to be volunteers able to lift 50 + lbs to help assemble the blow up Start/Finish line.

Lawn Area 7:30 AM 9:30 AM

Work in collaboration with the zone leader and other volunteers to help with:

• Prep hospitality/food area
• First Aid Center
• Award Distribution
• Clean Up 

Mascot Handlers 7:30 AM 10:30 AM

• Help support our mascots during the race: guiding them, making sure they have water, etc.

Social Media Team

We are looking for someone willing to help gather footage on Race Day.

• Interviewing Staff, Runners, Volunteers, and Families
• Creating Instagram Reels 
• Bringing your own creativity and ideas!
• *Volunteers for this opportunity will be limited and need to have experience or familiarity with social media platforms and current social trends.

Course Facilitators will receive further instruction once you receive your zone assignments.

All other volunteers will report to the front lawn of EC Glass at the time of your designated shift to check in at the awards table. Here you will receive your volunteer shirt and be brought to your assigned location.
