Purpose:
The Vice Chair serves as a leadership partner to the Board Chair and Executive Director, helping guide Love Heals’ growth, strengthen the Board, and advance the organization’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Board Chair and step into the Chair’s responsibilities when needed.
• Help keep the Board engaged, accountable, and focused on Love Heals’ strategic priorities.
• Work alongside the Executive Director on fundraising, donor development, partnerships, and organizational growth.
• Help recruit, onboard, and engage new Board members.
• Serve as an ambassador for Love Heals in the community.
• Attend Board meetings, events, and other key organizational activities.
• Use personal and professional networks to help open doors to donors, sponsors, partners, and community opportunities.
• Serve on or support at least one Board committee.
