To assist in meal prepping carry out lunches, and then help with the clean-up so that the kitchen is ready for the next day. Kitchen Responsibilities: * Reliable, and Courteous * Experience in safe food handling preferred * Comfortable in a kitchen setting and working directly with guests * Professional and able to keep confidentiality * Able to learn new tasks * Able to work as a team * Able to follow instructions and complete a task independently * Good hygiene Clean-up Responsibilities: * Wipe-down/polish stainless steel refrigerators * Wash dishes, if needed * Sanitize countertops Time Commitment Expected: * Volunteers are asked to commit to one regularly scheduled shift every week, or every two weeks. * Shift 1: Meal prepping, and stocking/organizing food donations in the grab-n-go fridge from 10:00am - 12:00pm * Shift 2: Greet and serve guests between 12:30pm - 2:00pm Working Conditions: * Smoke-free workplace * Light lifting * Direct engagement with guests * Serving with a team
