BRIGHT HOPE INC. COMMUNITY FUN DAY
Request for Volunteers and Community Support
Bright Hope Inc. is seeking volunteers and community support for our upcoming Fun Day Celebration on Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at 2310 Fort Avenue, Lynchburg, VA 24501. Arrival time for set up is 2 pm.
This free community event is designed to provide a safe, family-friendly environment where children and families can enjoy fun activities, fellowship, and refreshments.
We are looking for individuals, churches, civic groups, and businesses willing to assist with:
- Setting up decorations and activity areas
- Organizing and supervising children's games
- Operating candy and treat stations
- Serving hot dogs, chips, and refreshments
- Assisting with crowd greeting and hospitality
- Helping with clean-up after the event
- Donating candy, chips, drinks, hot dogs, buns, decorations, or other event supplies
Your support will help make this event a memorable experience for children and families in our community. Whether you can volunteer your time, donate supplies, or assist with event setup, your contribution will make a meaningful difference.
