Led by author of the book "Held in Our Hearts" and "Healing Hearts" podcaster, Liz Quinn, this in-person support group is a gentle safe space for anyone carrying grief from any form of loss. Share your story, listen quietly, or simply sit with others who understand--judgement free. Every loss is honored here, and there are no timelines or expectations.
This group will meet the second Sunday of every month.
