Victim Services Hotline Specialist (Level III)
Level III volunteers must complete 24 hours of training provided by the Volunteer Coordinator as well as 8 hours of mentoring. Level III volunteers also must attend at least 2 of the 4 In-Service trainings offered annually.
Hotline Specialist (Level III): Answer the hotline in a professional and courteous manner; document all data on to the appropriate forms. Hotline calls may be domestic violence or sexual assault focused. Hotline calls are routed to our facility, and virtual response is not available at this time. There are many open shifts avaiable.
