This event is a Health Fair & Day of Fun to encourage all to reduce stress and strive for their best mental health, physical health and wellness. The 2021–2024 Lynchburg Area Community Health Needs Assessment Report ranks mental health as the #3 and stress as the #8 most important issues that affect health in our community.
