Lynchburg Daily Bread

Volunteer tasks include the following: • Rolling utensils & napkins together • Preparing vegetables • Sorting/bagging grocery items • Packaging snacks for children • Plating the carry-out meals for guests While volunteering at Lynchburg Daily Bread, we suggest the following: • Bring a water bottle/bottled drink • Wear comfortable, closed- toe shoes (no flip-flops). • Expect to be standing and active for the entire shift • Volunteers must have good hearing and the ability to lift at least 5 pounds Food safe gloves are provided.
